Independent democratic physician emergency medicine group.
Currently staffs Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.

Upward mobility through leadership positions.
Base Station for a majority of the fire departments within the Northwest Valley.
Strong relationships with hospital administration, medical staff, ED personnel, as well as with local medical schools.
Third year emergency medicine residents rotate within the ED.
Currently 22 full-time physicians and 5 full-time mid-level providers work a combination of 8, 10 and 12 hours shifts, as well as several pediatric emergency medicine trained physicians on staff.
